How to Register
- collect a paper copy from us at the surgery
- download the NHS app or fill in the form on the NHS website
Registration is with the practice and not an individual doctor, although you will be allocated a named GP
You can register as an out-of-area patient and will be entitled to the full range of care, except home visits.
If you are staying in the area temporarily or visiting and are unwell, please contact either 111 or call our surgery telephone number 01282 911401, as we may be able to treat you as a temporary patient.
Once we have received the fully completed and signed registration form and questionnaires, your registration will be processed within 3 weeks by the Registrations Team.
Please contact the surgery after 3 weeks to confirm registration.
As soon as you are registered as a patient with Richmond Hill Practice Ltd, you can then make any appointments you require.
Please make sure you have enough medication to cover you during this process by asking your current practice to supply you with one month of medication.
