What is a Practice Participation Group?
A Practice Participation Group (PPG) can make changes, help patients to have a voice and improve communication with the practice.
We aim to meet every 2 months where we will discuss changes in the practice and concerns that the patients have about our practice or NHS services. Otherwise, we communicate via email and a private WhatsApp group.
The Practice Manager Janine Goff, IT Manager Joanna Saunders and Chairman Jerry Stanford attend the group meeting every time to answer any of your questions and share experiences.
We will ask the members of the PPG some questions from time to time and send some surveys, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys specific so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
